HOW To Work With TRANSFER GLASS PAINTS

I had made stained glass with professional paints before, but the non-professional ones that can be found in most art supply stores are very different and easier to work with.  They are great for making cheerful kids’ drawings which you can then peel off and stick to different glass or mirror surfaces without damaging the picture at all.

Each kit consists of: glass paints, templates, plastic sheets and two tubes of contour paint. Outline the shapes with the contour paints then color them in. Make sure the paint fills the space within the outline very well.

After you lay the paint, leave the picture to dry for 24 hours. When it’s ready, it’s very easy to peel the picture off the plastic sheet and stick it to the surface of your choice.
